1. Acceptance and Eligibility
Welcome to Chillvine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Customer," "you," or "your") and Chillvine, governing your access to and use of the website located at chillvine.myshopify.com (the "Site"), and all products, services, features, content, and offerings provided by Chillvine (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, browsing our product catalog, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein or posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction in order to use the Site and Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are accessing or using the Site on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you as an individual and the entity you represent.
Minors under the age of 18 may use the Site only with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Store and Products
About Chillvine. Chillvine operates as an online retail store offering a curated selection of consumer products for purchase and delivery within the United States. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).
Product Information. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, photographs, dimensions, specifications, pricing, availability information, and other content displayed on the Site are accurate, current, and complete. However, we do not warrant or guarantee that product information is entirely free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product you receive due to manufacturing variations, screen settings, photography conditions, lighting, or updates by suppliers.
Product Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit quantities of, or remove any product at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer you the option of waiting for restocking, substituting a similar product (subject to your approval), or receiving a full refund.
Changes to Products and Specifications. Product specifications, designs, colors, dimensions, and features are subject to change by manufacturers without notice. While we strive to update the Site promptly to reflect such changes, there may be instances where the Site does not reflect the most current product version. We are not liable for minor variations between the product description on the Site and the actual product received, provided the product substantially conforms to its description.
3. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an Order. When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order at the price and on the terms displayed at the time of your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Chillvine. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, errors in your order, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Order Confirmation. After you submit an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation that your order will be fulfilled—it is merely confirmation that we have received your order information. Acceptance of your order and formation of a binding contract occurs only when we ship the products in your order and send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Order Modifications and Cancellations. Once an order is placed, you may not modify or cancel it through the Site. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at content@chillvine.shop or 2234032921. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped; however, we cannot guarantee that modification or cancellation will be possible. Once an order has shipped, our return and refund policies (as described in Section 7 below and on our Returns page) will apply.
Refusal or Cancellation by Chillvine. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, even after an order confirmation or shipping confirmation has been sent, if we discover an error in pricing or product information, if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity, if we are unable to verify information you provide, if the product is no longer available, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. If your order is canceled after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and payment information. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, cancellation of your order, or inability to fulfill your order. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your information.
4. Pricing and Sales Tax
Pricing. All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed on the Site at the time you place your order, subject to acceptance of your order as described in Section 3.
We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation, even if your order has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged. If your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Sales Tax. Prices shown on the Site are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address you provide. The amount of sales tax charged will be displayed in your order summary before you complete your purchase. Chillvine collects and remits sales tax in accordance with applicable state and local laws, including economic nexus requirements.
You are responsible for any sales tax, use tax, excise tax, value-added tax, or other taxes or duties imposed by any governmental authority on your purchase, except for taxes based solely on Chillvine's net income. If you believe you are exempt from sales tax, you must provide valid exemption documentation prior to order placement; otherwise, applicable taxes will be charged.
5. Payment
Payment Methods. We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and such other payment methods as may be indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Payment Authorization. When you place an order, you authorize Chillvine to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including the price of products, applicable sales tax, and any other charges disclosed at checkout. Your payment method may be authorized or charged at the time you place your order or at the time your order is processed for shipment, depending on our payment processing systems and the payment method used.
Payment Processing. Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of those payment processors, and you acknowledge that Chillvine is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures by payment processors. All payment information is encrypted and handled securely in accordance with industry standards and applicable law, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Declined Payments. If your payment method is declined or payment cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you and may suspend or cancel your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.
Currency. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method or financial institution uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees or other fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Destinations. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete street address where someone will be available to receive your shipment.
Shipping Costs. Shipping within the United States is FREE. There are no shipping or handling charges for orders delivered within the United States.
Delivery Time. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after your order is accepted and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. Working days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
Order Processing. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after acceptance. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please monitor the tracking information for updates on the status and estimated delivery of your order.
Delivery and Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. You are responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged or if items are missing, you must notify the shipping carrier and contact us at content@chillvine.shop or 2234032921 within 48 hours of delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to be available to receive the shipment, refusal of delivery, or any other reason attributable to you, you may be responsible for redelivery charges or return shipping costs, and your order may be subject to our return and refund policies.

7. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy Overview. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Return Policy. The 30-day return window is Chillvine's own voluntary policy; there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for online purchases under U.S. federal law or the laws of most states (with limited exceptions for specific product categories or sales methods not applicable to our business).
Eligibility for Returns. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons, as specified on the product page or in our Return Policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
Return Shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs (if originally charged) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at content@chillvine.shop or 2234032921 with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
Ownership. All content, materials, information, text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio, video, software, code, designs, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through the Site (collectively, "Content") are the property of Chillvine, our licensors, suppliers, or other third parties, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Chillvine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or exploit any Content or any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.
Trademarks. "Chillvine" and any related logos, product names, and service names are trademarks or service marks of Chillvine. You may not use any trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed on the Site without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying algorithms from the Site or any software or technology used to provide the Services. You may not use any automated means, including robots, spiders, scrapers, or data mining tools, to access, monitor, or copy any portion of the Site or Content without our prior written consent.
User Content. If you submit, post, or transmit any content, feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other materials to us (collectively, "User Content"), you grant Chillvine a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such User Content for any purpose, including marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content and that your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. You agree not to:
